Dewey Mountain Recreation Center is located just outside the town center of Saranac Lake, NY. Here's some approximate drive times for all those wandering travelers:
Lake Placid: 20 minutes
Plattsburgh: 1 hour
Keene Valley: 40 minutes
Wilmington: 40 minutes
Burlington: 2 hours
Parking:
A large car parking lot is available at Dewey Mountain Recreation Center. We strongly encourage carpooling to save parking space! There are also several locations in town (Dorsey Lot & Art Rise Lot) to park and bike to the concert. From town center to Dewey is 1.3 miles.
Leave No Trace:
There will be limited trash services at the event. Please pack out what you pack in and practice leave no trace principles.
The Venue:
There is a short 0.5 mile hike to arrive at the main stage from Dewey Mountain Recreation parking lot. This is not an ADA accessible trail. Plan accordingly and bring all your necessities with you from the parking lot. Water and food will be located near the main stage.

The Event
Okay, you've arrived. What's next?
Here's all the info you need to enjoy all that Dewey Dubs has to offer. From side quests to light shows, this schedule should help you decide how you want to cater your experience.
The Basics
Music:
Music starts at 2:00pm. There are 7 DJs, each bringing us on a musical journey for 1 hour. There is one main stage so feel free to wander and return whenever the music calls. The concert will end at 9:30pm.
Activities:
There will be several activities throughout the day including group bike rides, a juggling clinic, plein air painting, interative art and more! For details visit our activities section
Amenities:
Dewey Dubs will have food, water and bathroom facilities on premise near the main stage. We also recommend bringing your own snacks and water for your own comfort. There will be lighting in the vicinity of the stage but it is recommended to bring some form of flashlight for the hike out after the event.

Tickets and Check In
Tickets:
Dewey Dubs is FREE. We have been working hard to raise funds from rave events over the past year in Saranac Lake. Our passion is to bring Electronic Music to the North Country, and the best way to do that is to make it free and open to the public. Save your money for donations and local businesses!
Code of Ethics:
Music festivals are a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy a judgement free zone filled with dancing and friendship. While we believe everyone has good intentions, we cannot accept any form of misconduct during the event. Here's a quick code of ethics and list of prohibited items so we are all on the same page.
No bullying, harassment, and/or unwanted touching
No selling merchandize, food, or water without a festival permit
No generators or large speakers

Safety
Safety and Sustainability:
We all need to respect and take care of the forest in and around the event. Sustainability is important to Dewey Dubs and the Dewey Mountain Recreation Center. We will have limited recycling and garbage facilities on premises, so please keep your trash in the bins or pack it out.
Security and Medical Facilities:
Dewey Dubs is in the woods. We will be prepared to supply basic medical supplies for all concert-goers during the event. Medical facilities can be found 6 minutes away at the Adirondack Health Hospital.
Come Prepared:
While August is generally a beautiful and warm month, weather and conditions are always unpredictable. Come prepared with extra layers, a flashlight or headlamp, snacks and water, and an understanding that you will be in the woods for the duration of the event
