Vendor Application Form

Thank you for your interest in vending at our upcoming Dewey Dubs music festival!

We’re excited to feature any and all local artists, craftspeople, makers, and more. Our goal is to have as diverse and eclectic range of vendors. Do not shy from submitting something quirky or uncommon vending options!

A few quick notes before you get started:

This is our first year trying art vending. We are gonna try our best!

We expect a crowd of 300-400 people throughout the day. The event will take place outside and weather can be unpredictable, so come prepared for the weather with a way to protect your artwork from the elements! (plastic buckets, waterproof covers, etc).

Come prepared to vend using cash, service can be spotty in the area for P.O.S systems

Application Fee

There is a $25 application acceptance fee required for all accepted art vendors.This fee helps cover essential event costs including site fees, permits, lighting, sound, insurance, and infrastructure. We do not make any profit from our vendors — every dollar goes directly toward making this event possible and free for all to enter!
